Social
We are very much a community, connected by many things; our faith, our support for others less fortunate but we are also very much a social community and there are many groups that meet simply as friends.

Lunch Club
The Lunch Club brings together members from both churches and people from the local community for a tasty home cooked meal and socializing. It's focus is on reaching out to older people in the community. It is run by members of the church and meets once a month in Abbey Hall, usually the 2nd Tuesday of each month, and presently costs £4.50. If interested in finding out more about Lunch Club and you would like to come, please contact Ruth Page by email at ruthpage13@yahoo.co.uk. It is important to know in advance of your interest, as places are limited and numbers are determined prior to the lunches for preparation purposes.
