BALM (Bereavement and Loss Meeting) gathers on the 2nd Monday of each month.
MOT (Moving On Together) meets on the third Monday of each month.

Bereavement and Moving on.
Over tea or coffee and delicious cake we chat, muse and plan for the future Our aim is to provide an informal atmosphere for grieving people to create new friendships in a sharing situation.
